Arcus Search are proud to support a global Insurance Broker, on searching for an adaptable and communicative Change Manager. You will be delivering an array of change initiatives, ensuring the impact of the technology changes to the operating model are well understood by the business.


You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to support the implementation of a new foundational portfolio of projects, designed to accelerate transformational change and new technology. You will ensure positive outcomes are reached for the business, working closely with Technical and HR teams to reach mutually beneficial goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder and business relationships, developing a network to ensure successful project adoption
  • Work with the business to ensure technology changes impacts to the TOM are well understood and recognised.
  • Develop communication plans to communicate changes eloquently.
  • Measure expectations and capture success stories, utilised to suppose change were relevant
  • Understand needs and requirements, assisting Projects where needed.


Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Insurance or FS industry (London Market highly desirable).
  • Extensive Change Management experience
  • Collaborative demeanour, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work under pressure and convey information and change successfully.
