Sourcing specialist (Direct Procurement) for Multi-Billion£ FMCG Firm

An exciting opportunity to join a best-in-class procurement function as a sourcing specialist, specialising in direct procurement categories, with this multi-billion pound FMCG firm
You will play an integral part of this lean procurement function as you manage end-to-end procurement processes, for Direct procurement categories. You will be fundamental to implementing innovative strategy, following global market trends.
Your role:
- you will manage end-to-end processes, including but not limited to: strategic sourcing, tendering, and supplier relationship management
- You will support senior members of the team in informing and implementing innovative strategy to revolutionise the internal procurement processes in line with global market trends
- You will liaise closely with key clients and stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of cost effective and high quality products for distribution
For this role:
- You will have proven success managing end-to-end processes, within direct procurement categories, including but not limited to, raw materials and packaging
- You will have experience sourcing strategically, and have had experience liaising with clients, suppliers or stakeholders
- A degree in a relevant subject is preferred but not required.
- You must have drive and ambition to develop your skillset and advance your career within this firm
