We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Lead Sourcing Specialist to become part of our expanding team at Precise Placements Ltd. This position presents a remarkable opportunity for individuals who are keen to enhance their expertise and thrive in a dynamic and flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in our sourcing initiatives, with a particular emphasis on IT sourcing and vendor management.
Lead IT Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for routine sourcing duties and ongoing operational activities from the outset.
- Engage with senior colleagues on project-driven assignments, ensuring a stimulating and varied workload.
- Oversee the commercial lifecycle of all hardware and software utilized on a global scale.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on both new and existing vendor partnerships.
- Assist the Sourcing Manager in refining and executing sourcing protocols.
- Support the evaluation, benchmarking, and negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements.
- Participate in RFI and RFP initiatives, ensuring compliance with all governance and diligence standards.
- Collaborate closely with Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, and Finance teams to onboard new vendors.
- Track renewal timelines and aid in the renegotiation and renewal processes as necessary.
