Job Summary

Requirements
  • Education

Educated to university standard, with a degree in a relevant field such as business, procurement, or supply chain management.

Experience

Minimum 10 years' experience in sourcing, with a proven track record of success in leading sourcing initiatives and negotiating deals.

Skills

Proven market knowledge of ITO and BPO categories, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive maximum value for clients.

Contract Management

Experience in contract management, including contract drafting and negotiation.

Communication

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Teamwork

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Market Leading Tools

Experience in working with market leading sourcing tools and systems.

Professional Qualities

Professional team player, motivated, and highly flexible, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering results.
