Job Opportunity

McDonald's is seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability agenda and ensuring the long-term commercial success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable sourcing strategies to meet our 2025, 2030, and 2050 targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize sustainability opportunities
  • Work with external consultants to design and deliver energy roadmaps and procurement strategies
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts to ensure compliance with our sustainability standards
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices in sustainable sourcing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sustainable sourcing and procurement
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG or retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering business objectives
