Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sourcing initiatives.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Educated to university standard, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in sourcing across specific categories.
Market Knowledge and SkillsDemonstrates proven market knowledge of ITO and BPO categories, with skills to apply knowledge to drive maximum value for clients.
Deal Execution and ManagementProven capability of running large, complex global deals, including all aspects of the tender process.
Communication and Negotiation SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Contract Management and DraftingExperience in understanding contracts and ability to draft contracts with limited requirement for specialist legal support.
Technical SkillsExperience in working with market-leading sourcing tools and systems.
