Job Title: Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Compass Recruitment Solutions is proud to be working with a leading national healthcare organization to recruit a Procurement Sourcing Specialist who will be required to work in a hybrid smart working environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading organization as they build their Procurement team following the appointment of a recent Head of Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sourcing and contract management of a portfolio of medical equipment, associated services, and indirect categories.
  • Support the Procurement team to deliver cost savings against agreed targets while maintaining required levels of service.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned to the business's requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive appropriate engagement and ensure good information flow on sourcing activities and contract implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in material management or category management, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Educated to degree level in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in complex indirect and/or capital equipment and services procurement.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and influencing skills with stakeholders from various backgrounds.

The corporate offices are based in London, and you will be required to work in a hybrid smart working environment.
