**Exciting Opportunity to Partner with a Global Financial Services Organization**

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our Portfolio Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT and IS/Software services in the UK and EMEA, with a focus on managed services, service integrations, testing, hardware, and SaaS.

The role will involve collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across corporate functions, including IT, Finance, HR, and Legal. Key responsibilities will include:

  • **Market Insight and Analysis**: Continuously maintain and update market insight regarding the IT & IS marketplace, best-practices, trends, key suppliers, and commercial IT environment.
  • **Strategic Planning**: Develop documented category strategy plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders, covering a 3-year horizon.
  • **Sourcing and Procurement**: Maintain a rolling sourcing plan, covering planned stakeholder initiatives, procurement initiatives, contract renewals, and determine the appropriate approach to market.
  • **RFI and RFP Development**: Develop RFI and RFP documentation content, ensure signature of required confidentiality agreements, and manage the procurement process.
  • **Commercial Efficiency**: Work closely with key stakeholders to generate initiatives to generate operational and commercial efficiency plans and deliver.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial IT environment, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
