Job SummaryAs a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting complex analysis of markets, supply chains, and supply base to develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute complex sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and relationships.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to support business goals, including supply security, complexity reduction, and financial targets.
- Execute sourcing tactics of varying complexity in accordance with established category/commodity strategies.
- Support procurement/sourcing management in activities such as price benchmarking, vendor management, industry and market analysis, process analysis, and model building.
- Lead analysis projects/initiatives and provide coaching to less experienced analysts and specialists.
- Discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data.
- Apply statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to extract meaningful patterns and business insights.
Establish regional category strategy using Total Value Performance (TVP) approach to define the Supply Base, Tooling and Technology Strategy to meet client needs.
Manage risk and inclusion of diverse suppliers.
Procurement Policies, Procedures, and ToolsUnderstand and comply with all relevant procurement policies and procedures in daily work.
