Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Classified Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business requirements
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings
    • Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
  • Supplier Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
    • Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with corporate standards
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve supplier relationships and drive cost savings
  • Category Management
    • Develop and implement category strategies to meet business requirements
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings
    • Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
  • Business Analysis
    • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
    • Develop and implement business cases to support sourcing initiatives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and senior management
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders
    Requirements
    • Education
      • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field
    • Experience
      • Minimum 10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field
      • Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements
      • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships
    • Skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
      • Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies and category plans
      • Experience with market leading sourcing tools and systems
