Cobalt Recruitment is pleased to partner with a prominent Real Estate Investment Trust that boasts a diverse global portfolio. This organization is engaged in the ownership and management of a varied collection of properties, including commercial, retail, logistics, industrial, data centers, residential, and student housing. In light of a growing number of acquisitions in the student housing sector, our client is in search of a Sourcing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
In the role of Sourcing Specialist, you will take charge of acquiring significant goods and services for the different divisions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and executing sourcing activities primarily for the property management teams across various assets. It is essential to secure competitive pricing while adhering to best practice sourcing procedures in line with the organization's policies. A readiness to assist with administrative tasks and provide guidance to senior stakeholders is crucial.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing, preferably within the real estate sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Compensation
- Competitive base salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000
