Business Development Manager –Established BEER Brand – London – Up to £45k + Commission + Travel

My client is an exciting Brewery based in London who is fully on the RISE This brand has an exciting ethos and fantastic culture, whilst offering an incredible range of liquid. This company is one of the leading breweries in the beer world – definitely one to watch

They are currently on the search for a Business Development Manager with a fantastic network of contacts in and around London. The Business Development Manager will primarily responsible for selling the product into a variety of different venues, from pubs to restaurants. The ideal Business Development Manager will not only work with their current contacts in the industry but build new ones as the brand grows.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious Business Development Manager with a keen interest in business growth, personal progression and daily challenges.

Business Development Manager responsibilitiesnDriving sales in line with the business plan and growth strategy, along with building upon a great network of contacts.nDeveloping a reactive and proactive sales strategy, monitoring and evaluating relevant KPIsnProactive management of revenue and margins, consistent negotiations and thorough account planning.nSupport and direct Marketing, PR and events as required.nStrong conversion rate on sales and business developmentnFollow up customer care and ongoing client retention, alongside business supportnIncreasing brand exposure through launching of new products and awareness.nRemote working around London

The ideal Business Development Manager Candidate:nPrevious experience in a similar role within the drinks industry – a true salesperson.nUnderstanding of current businesses and where to see sales opportunities.nPassion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trendsnStrong communication and a fantastic team ethos.nProven track record in sales, negotiation and able to provide a strong network of contacts.nConfident, ambitious and self-motivating to succeed.
