Role Description:nBridge Recruitment are delighted to be networking for a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a leading services provider in the UK, focusing on helping clients achieve their potential through skilled and knowledgeable personnel. The company operates specialist divisions including Security & FM, Logistics and Principle Demolition. These divisions offer a comprehensive range of services including security, cleaning, facilities management, construction logistics and demolition. As Business Development Manager, you will be a part of the company's most recent division, identifying new business opportunities and prospects within Contract Cleaning. As this client covers multiple services, there is also an opportunity to cross-sell. The ideal Business Development Manager will have proven experience in a similar role, and will be proactive, responsible and have excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities:nConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client prospectsnAnalyse industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic planningnIdentify and approach potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business prospectsnDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsnAct as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptlynDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targetsnPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clientsnNegotiate contracts and agreements to secure new businessnWork closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service deliverynLead and mentor junior business development staff, fostering a high-performance culturenCollaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development effortsnMonitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior managementnUse CRM tools to track client interactions, sales activities and pipeline statusnPrepare detailed reports on business development activities, outcomes and future plans

Requirements:nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related fieldnProven experience in business development, sales or a similar role within the facilities or security industrynStrong understanding of the industry and its needsnExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsnAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholdersnStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detailnProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuitenSelf-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
