Role accountabilities:

- Drive the development of staff competence and skills, identifying regional and global growth and development needs within the solution domain.

- Support development and execution of global and regional marketing efforts to increase visibility, differentiation, and reputation for Strategy and Transformation capability.
- Support global and regional leadership to evolve go-to-market strategy for Strategy and Transformation
