Head of Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development initiatives. As a key member of our People Directorate, you will play a critical role in driving cultural change, improving employee experience, and developing effective team working.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of organisational development and workforce transformation strategies to drive positive change and improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to people strategy and organisational development.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct cultural assessments and develop strategies to improve organisational culture and employee engagement.
- Work closely with the Associate Director of People Programmes to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and priorities.

Requirements- Master's degree in HR Management or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent.
- Management qualification or relevant experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or equivalent.
- Significant experience in operational/service delivery, including experience of leading multiple teams and work streams.
- Expertise in one defined strand of Workforce OD.
- Political and cultural awareness.
- Highly specialist Workforce OD knowledge gained by experience and/or further qualification to Masters level or equivalent.
