Head of Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development function. As Head of Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development, you will play a key role in driving forward our organisational change agenda and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development strategy, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive cultural change and improve employee engagement and experience.
- Develop and implement effective change management plans, ensuring minimal disruption to our services and operations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Workforce OD and change management to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead on the development and implementation of our organisational development and change management programmes, ensuring they are aligned with our organisational goals and objectives.
