Head of Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development function. As Head of Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development, you will play a key role in driving forward our organisational change agenda and ensuring that our workforce is equipped to deliver our vision of building healthier lives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development strategy, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive cultural change and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement effective change management plans, ensuring minimal disruption to our services and maximum benefit to our staff and patients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Workforce OD issues, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to deliver our vision.
- Work closely with our People Directorate to ensure a joined-up approach to people strategy and development.
