Our Client is a customer-focused organisation specialising in the installation and maintenance of secure area entry management (Access Control), surveillance systems (CCTV), and information display and monitoring equipment. Who serve sectors including Aviation, Transport, Health, Education, and Commercial Business.
They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery, tracking, conformance, and performance of multiple projects in line with Management Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a variety of projects ranging from £5k to £500k, including significant deliverables and multiple (15-20) minor works.
* Collaborate with Senior Management and clients to identify project requirements, timelines, risks, and costs.
* Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff, and project teams.
* Assign project tasks based on team members' skills, experience, and strengths.
* Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery, addressing potential delays proactively.
* Compile and submit project status reports to clients, management, and stakeholders.
* Work effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient project implementation.
* Develop leadership, customer relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Project Management Accreditation (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, CSM).
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Essential: Previous Project/Business Management experience.
* Knowledge of Project Software Platforms and Microsoft Office.
* Desirable: AutoCAD experience.
Interpersonal Skills:
* High energy and self-motivation.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Efficient workload prioritisation and time management.
* Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve company goals and maintain standards.
* Flexible approach to achieving personal and project goals, with the ability to plan ahead and adapt to changes.
* Confidence to professionally challenge decisions for the benefit of the project or to protect the business and its clients.
* Willingness to share experience and ideas to enhance our service offering.
* Ability to mentor junior team members (Project Admin).
