We have partnered with a global specialty pharmaceutical company focused on providing access to unique, clinically important medicines for small patient groups. Their diverse portfolio consists of hundreds of medicines spanning ten therapeutic areas with their treatments available to patients in over 70 countries.


Responsibilities


Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.


Team Coordination and Leadership:

  • Drive cross-functional teams, including researchers, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.


Resource Management:

  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Procure necessary equipment, materials, and services for project execution.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.


Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of scientific data.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Updating and maintenance of internal documentation including uploading the relevant information and documents to shared folder following safe procedures in place.
  • Raising change control requests, ensuring that all SOPs and in-house procedures are followed.


Requirements

  • Sciences degree coupled with a professional qualification in project management or equivalent experience working with established project management methodologies.
  • Project management experience gained working in a pharmaceutical setting on both clinical and non-clinical workstreams, experience of biologic product development would be highly desirable.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
