- Cross skill PMO team (onshore & offshore) installing resilience into every aspect of the PMO’s service portfolio.
- Effectively manage changes in demand alongside team members training, development, holiday & sickness.
- Work directly with Project Leads, driving the definition & launch of improvement initiatives into the Project Management work streams.
- Associates/Bachelors degree required and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience of working in a project focussed environment.
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory, team lead or line management role
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with MS Office suite of software products with an emphasis on Excel.
- Intermediate Excel
- Numeric and the ability to work with and interpret numeric data.
- Process driven and able to follow predefined ways of working.
- Strong written and oral communication skill
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task
