Our client is a forward-thinking marketing services, digital media, and events firm that specialises in industries driven by innovation. They collaborate with clients at all stages of their development, from early startups to well-established businesses, focusing on three main areas: infrastructure, activation, and event/content properties. Their expertise lies in navigating major technology trends and industry shifts, with particular attention to financial services, digital identity, climate technology, and sectors undergoing digital transformation.
The Role
We are on the lookout for a VIP Relations Executive to be a key member of the Client Success team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of client deliverables. A primary focus will be on supporting the Hosted Meetings Programme, a crucial component of client packages. This position requires strong communication abilities and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist VIPs with the onboarding process for Hosted Meetings, including registration, event logistics, and administrative support.
Engage in outreach to potential attendees, helping to qualify participants to ensure they meet the programme's criteria.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with VIPs through multiple communication channels.
Provide daily administrative support, ensuring CRM systems and databases are kept up-to-date.
Support the Client Success Manager in preparing necessary documentation and scheduling meetings for the Hosted Meetings Programme.
Coordinate communication and workflow among team members and external service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain professional and discreet client communication, effectively managing any issues that arise.
Track and report on hosted meeting expenses.
About You
You are an organised and personable professional with a background in customer service, telesales, or sales. You have a strong ability to communicate and can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
Preferred Software 
Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Virtual event platforms (Grip preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: £25,000 per annum, with potential for commission/bonus bringing the OTE (On-Target Earnings) to approximately £30,000.
Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:30 with flexible hours on work-from-home days.
Hybrid Working: Work from a stylish and social Holborn office on Mondays and Fridays, with remote work from Tuesday to Thursday.
