About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Relations Specialist to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities in our London office, including in-person fittings, product requests, and outreach to stylists, talent, managers, agents, publicists, and other industry professionals.
  • Support the tracking of media coverage, share results, and assist with budget management.
  • Contribute to planning and executing seasonal programming and events for our brand.
  • Assist in identifying talent, influencers, and tastemakers for Haus visits, brand partnerships, and events.
  • Maintain an organized database of Haus contacts, including talent, managers, stylists, and other industry professionals.
  • Place seasonal product orders and work closely with the order management team to track delivery due-in dates weekly to ensure timely receipt of product.
  • Support customization projects for talent, working closely with Levi's tailors and outside vendors.
  • Contribute to the curation of lookbooks, packaging, and other visual materials.
  • Support the preparation and execution of key events, including logistics for talent, securing VIP attendance, and RSVP management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, upcoming talent, and competitive activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of seasonal collections and provide recommendations to Haus guests, assist with fit and styling tips.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or Journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in VIP relations with a global fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand/industry.
  • An existing network of London's movers and shakers across fashion, music, lifestyle, and entertainment.
  • Experience in events management.
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile thinker and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong interest in the center of culture: fashion, music, sustainability, and consumer trends.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
