Job Title: VIP Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented individual to join our team as a VIP Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our most valued players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our VIP players through personalized communication and tailored support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product development, new releases, and ongoing live operations to provide accurate and timely information to our players.
  • Analyze player behavior to identify trends and preferences, and use this insight to inform our customer experience strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotions and engagement strategies that meet our players' needs.
  • Empathetically listen to player concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to understand the economic value of promotions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent our company to our most valued players.
  • 12 years of education.

  • BS or MS in a business- or marketing-centric field.
  • Previous experience as a VIP Host or Ambassador, or as a Customer Service or Support Specialist.
  • Previous experience as a Concierge or a Shop Clerk at a high-end luxury designer store.
