The Role


We are seeking a VIP Relations Executive to join our Client Success team.

This position is vital for the effective and precise delivery of client services. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting the Hosted Meetings Programme, an essential element of our client offerings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist VIPs with the onboarding process for Hosted Meetings, which includes registration, event logistics, and administrative assistance.
  • Engage in outreach to prospective attendees, helping to qualify participants to ensure they align with the programme's standards.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with VIPs through various communication channels.
  • Provide daily administrative support, ensuring that CRM systems and databases are consistently updated.
  • Assist the Client Success Manager in preparing necessary documentation and scheduling meetings for the Hosted Meetings Programme.
  • Coordinate communication and workflow among team members and external service providers to guarantee timely task completion.
  • Maintain professional and discreet communication with clients, effectively managing any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and report on hosted meeting expenses.

About You

You are an organized and personable professional with experience in customer service, telesales, or sales.

Your strong communication skills enable you to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding client experience.

Preferred Software:

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Grip preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:
£25,000 per annum, with potential for commission/bonus leading to an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of approximately £30,000.

Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:30 with flexible hours on remote work days.

Hybrid Working:

Enjoy a blend of in-office and remote work, with specific days allocated for each.
