We are in search of an exceptional Luxury Client Relations / VIP Executive to join our team at Grosvenor Gloucester Road Casino in London. This role focuses on managing client relations, enhancing both new and repeat revenue streams by offering unparalleled service to our esteemed VIP guests.

As our Luxury Client Relations Executive, you will:

  • Provide a tailored gaming experience for each of your high-value clients.
  • Foster relationships with your high-value clientele, gaining insights into their playing styles and preferences.
  • Document pertinent due diligence information and ensure the casino team is aware of individual client needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee high-value client retention initiatives, including hospitality, gifting, player incentives, and company reward programs, while actively seeking and responding to feedback.
  • Expand the casino's high-value membership by identifying and nurturing new clients through networking, relationship cultivation, and referrals.
  • Proactively mitigate client attrition by understanding your clients and recognizing signs of potential disengagement, implementing strategies to retain them.
  • Plan and execute promotions/events, ensuring that all team members and clients are fully informed.
  • Enhance online client engagement and assist in surpassing club/region online acquisition objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, particularly those set forth by the Gaming Commission, and advocate for responsible gambling practices.
  • Encourage and support heightened awareness and vigilance among the team in identifying and addressing suspicious transactions and gambling issues.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential to meet the needs of our clientele.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector with a proven ability to deliver 'best-in-class' service to high-value players.
  • Capability to analyze data and generate reports regarding high-value player activities.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, particularly with high-value clients.
  • Effective communicator, able to guide and support casino team members.
  • As we operate 24/7, flexibility to work during peak hours is required, primarily during nighttime shifts.
  • This is a full-time position, comprising 40 hours, with a competitive salary and additional tips.
