Job Title: Client Advisor - Luxury Italian Fashion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the luxury Italian fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company with clients and provide sales support to achieve sales targets
  • Cooperate with colleagues to create a positive store environment and maintain high performance levels
  • Receive and display products according to established procedures
  • Maintain a tidy working place according to company guidelines
  • Provide high-level customer service and manage commercial relations with clients
  • Participate in store and department meetings
  • Ensure after-sales service with the same level of efficiency and care to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage claims with supervisor support
  • Turn every touch point with customers into a positive situation, promoting brand image
  • Communicate collected information to management and execute follow-up of client requests
  • Participate in product presentations and deeply know all products of their category
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail - minimum 3 months
  • Well-presented and well-spoken in English
  • Able to manage stress, adaptable, and flexible
  • Teamworking skills and problem-solving skills
  • Full-time availability (all days of the week)
  • Happy to start as a temp with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of the brand
Package:
  • Up to £15 per hour depending on experience (enhanced pay on Sundays & Bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions
  • Weekly pay methods, with immediate start and flexible hours per week
  • Opportunity to develop further and be considered for permanent opportunities
