Internal Sales Executive
Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for customer service and administrative excellence? We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Follow-Up Calls: Engage with leads and inquiries to ensure all potential customers are followed up and provided with the necessary information.
Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, managing records, and preparing reports.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements:
As an Internal Sales Executive you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience required.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
