Nine times out of ten when you see a heavy-duty vehicle they are not at full capacity. When heavy-duty vehicles are not at full capacity, they throw unnecessary CO? into the atmosphere. About you
You are someone who enjoys a fast paced, dynamic work environment, who excels in quick problem solving and likes to get the job done
You are able to work tactically and think strategically as the business rapidly scales. You understand how integral you are to the success and future of DigiHaul and the part you play in transforming the transport industry.
Sales Support Executive Responsibilities:
- Creation and on-going development of sales collateral materials - researching innovation and updates within internal systems processes to reflect in presentation materials etc
- Generates regular Insights and Market Intelligence documentation to allow for strategic conversations at customer level
- Key management stakeholder in the CRM platform
- Provides all maintenance of the CRM in relation to commercial and account activities
- Provides both Commercial and Accounts Team with any required Sales reports generated from CRM or recognised sales sources
- Ownership of the internal MBR reporting process - main contact point for collation
- Acts as internal liaison point for all other business unit interfaces
- Responsible for 2 weekly updates on Performance Wall
- Provision of Ad-Hoc support to Marketing Manager
- Provision of Ad-Hoc supporting in reporting from CRM or recognised report structure for Accounts team
- Provision of Commercial Support at Trade Events (as required)
- Management of key SLT LinkedIn account processes
- Researching strategic commercial trade event opportunities
What do you need to be a Sales Support Executive?
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Intermediate Math Skills
- Intermediate Computer Literacy
- Experience with - CRM Platforms, Presentation Design
- Understanding of industry sectors (customer facing) - FMCG, Retail etc
- Understanding of Transport and Logistics landscape - Haulage, Domestic/EU
- Intermediate Reporting Skills
- Administrative Skills
