We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at CPI Selection, a global market leader in the industry. As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting inbound enquiries to fact-find, qualify the interest and opportunity, and forward them internally to the right Sales Executive.

This is a hybrid position with a 37.5 working week, consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Our company prioritizes investing in its staff with first-class training and defined career paths, offering a fun and diverse working environment.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • A university graduate or a bright and driven A-level student or college leaver
  • Ideal experience in sales from retail, door-to-door sales, or inside sales, such as tele-sales or tele-marketing
  • An interest in technology, construction, or engineering sectors
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Must be goal-oriented and looking to earn £35k in the first year with defined career progression
  • Forward-thinking in their approach
  • Genuine and defined career progression
  • Realistic and clear route to earning £50k in Year 2/3
