Business Development Representative

We are representing a global market leader based in the UK, with an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves contacting inbound enquiries to fact-find, qualify the interest and opportunity, and forward them internally to the right Sales Executive (levelling/sector/opportunity based).
This is a hybrid position with a 37.5 working week, consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Our company has a huge focus on investing in its staff with first-class training and defined career paths, while offering a fun and diverse working environment.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- A university graduate or possibly a bright and driven A-level student or college leaver.
- Ideally, some sales experience from either a retail, door-to-door sales, or inside sales environment.
- Someone who is goal-oriented and looking to earn £35k in the first year with defined career progression.
