Position Overview:
As the Director of Internal Sales for the UK & Ireland, you will take charge of a dynamic 35-member virtual sales team operating across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be on driving growth through a diverse range of offerings and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the internal sales strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business unit objectives and regional targets.
  • Establish and execute sales goals and action plans tailored to each sub-function, factoring in market conditions and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and maximize impact.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing comprehensive reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure a unified approach to lead management and campaign activities.
  • Enhance the department's reputation while supporting the ongoing development of team members.
  • Promote a high-performance culture, ensuring the department serves as a talent pool for the broader commercial organization.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to facilitate the growth and development of sales team members.

  • Proven people management skills, effectively motivating and leading a large sales team.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies across various channels and customer segments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
