Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in top shape.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Assist with tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including database management and candidate communication.
  • Handle invoicing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus but not mandatory.
