**Logistics Administrator**

**Company & Purpose of Role**

Founded in 2012, Andusia has quickly become a market leader in the growing waste export market, exporting approximately 450,000 tonnes of waste per annum. Due to continual growth we are looking to add another hard working and ambitious individual to join the team.

**Key tasks**
- Assisting in the ordering and administration of the company’s transactions.
- Complete relevant administrative work
- Pro-actively helping to manage and audit the company’s Environmental compliance, Sustainability, and duty of care.
- Updating relevant records on the company’s database.
- Call existing suppliers to book loads and confirm collection times
- Create and distribute weekly sales orders
- Data entry for customs clearances for weekly activity
- Support Accounts & Sales teams with reconciliation and general enquiries
- Develop and maintain industry knowledge and market information
- Answer phones and offer holiday cover
- General office administration

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (After one year service increases to 25 days plus bank holidays)

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Pay: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
