DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reception duties – answering telephone calls and dealing with customers.

2. General administration, filing photocopying, faxing and opening mail.

3. Word processing of correspondence using various IT packages.

4. Assisting with the general running of the office.

5. Ordering and maintenance of stationery to agreed levels.

6. General finance administration including the filing and recording of invoices and raising of purchase orders- if required

7. Keeping and maintaining records on all repair of instruments.

8. Sealing and packaging of repaired or new surgical instrumentation when required

9. Pricing of repair instruments from customers and inputting into the Surgins system

10. Booking in and booking out via the Surgins system

11. Operating and working in the receiving and shipping area as and when requested

12. And any other duties/ tasks as reasonably required
