Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive negotiations with the clientsnProvide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product / service vendorsnDevelop and generate potential opportunities in different retail segments, such as grocery, DIY, pharmacy, etc. in UK and IrelandnBuild and promote strong, long-lasting relationship with key potential customers and eco-system partnersnResponsible for achieving channel sales targets for the Hanshow UK regionnWork closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve the order fulfilment efficiency and forecast accuracynResearch into the UK and Ireland market, develop and implement the strategic business plans for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsnInternal communications with the UK and EU colleagues including presales, supply chain, after sales and marketing teamsnExplore and attend retail or other related exhibitions to promote Hanshow solutions and values

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or highern10+ years of sales experience with demonstrated track record in retail sector.nSuccessful previous experience as a sales or account manager, consistently exceeding sales targetsnCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesnDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisationnProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closenStrong business sense and industry expertisenExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsnProven ability to adapt to and thrive in diverse cultural settings by demonstrating an open-minded approach, embracing varied cultural norms and working practices to foster effective collaboration and communication with colleagues and eco-system partners from a range of backgrounds.
