B2B Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the retail and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and wholesale partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate and wholesale sales targets.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to present products and services.
  • Negotiate sales agreements to ensure beneficial terms for all parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Grow existing wholesale accounts by ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with business goals and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and potential issues.
