About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Manager to join our client, a leading Retail & Hospitality organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Corporate & Wholesale sales and will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and wholesale partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate and wholesale sales targets.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to present products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales to ensure beneficial terms for all parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Grow existing wholesale accounts by ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with goals and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and the market to identify new opportunities and potential issues.
