B2B Sales Manager Ealing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with corporate and wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct research, networking, and cold calling to identify potential corporate and wholesale clients.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Create and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients and wholesale partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate and wholesale sales targets, including scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients to present products and services.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring beneficial terms for all parties.
  • Customer Service and Retention: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Account Growth and Management: Grow existing wholesale accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving issues that arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with goals and product offerings.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and the market to identify new opportunities and potential issues.
