Job Description: Responsible for the development and enhancement of products. Develops and directs loan product features, strategies, and marketing plans to drive business growth. Conducts market trends reviews and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities. Initiates product ideas, features and benefits. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Responsibilities Develops products to address unmet needs of customer segments. Validates the product through research, analysis, and financial diligence to ensure profitability and growth potential. Partners with consumer insights team within the organization to develop a thorough understanding of customer behavior, including customer surveys, focus groups, behavioral interviews on customers' usage of products, and uncovering customer needs that lead to new product and service developments. Utilizes data to understand consumer behaviors, translates findings into actionable segments to improve messaging, and creates and enhances product features. Monitors competitive activity for products to understand industry trends. Develops qualitative and quantitative reports on industry size, market share, product usage patterns, and product marketing. Defines and executes a competitive approach for each product.
