About the Role

The Senior Product Manager (Fresh Relevance) will become a key member of the Connectivity pod within Dotdigital's product team. This role is dedicated to ensuring seamless integration with the Fresh Relevance platform, addressing customer use cases throughout their entire lifecycle.

Fresh Relevance, our Enterprise Personalization platform acquired recently, is a flexible personalization solution that enables commerce-driven businesses to deliver revenue-enhancing experiences across websites, applications, emails, SMS, and advertisements, requiring no technical expertise.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to influence Dotdigital's product strategy and contribute to shaping our offerings by engaging in some of our most strategically significant areas.

Your Contributions as the Senior Product Manager (Fresh Relevance):

  • Collaborate closely with the Group Product Manager (Connectivity) and other product team members to formulate and implement our comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Dotdigital's vision, strategy, and market trends, ensuring seamless connectivity between the Dotdigital and Fresh Relevance platforms.
  • Take ownership of the product roadmap for Fresh Relevance and lead efforts to ensure the seamless integration of both platforms.
  • Identify and prioritize validated problem statements based on a combination of product and industry data, customer interviews, and feedback on the roadmap.
  • Develop high-quality value propositions, validate them, and ensure that solutions meet these expectations.
  • Establish and measure outcome-based objectives and success metrics for your areas of responsibility that reflect the product strategy.
  • Conduct cost and benefit analyses and present realistic targets for the features you develop.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to assist in overcoming any obstacles to achieve our objectives.
  • Provide recommendations based on thorough analysis for pricing and packages when developing new features and/or products.
  • Oversee the complete product development lifecycle for your areas of responsibility, from concept to launch, including collaboration with development teams within an Agile framework, ensuring timely delivery of valuable features.
About You
  • You are an experienced Product Manager with proven expertise in managing end-to-end product development lifecycles, from scoping to delivery and post-production support, following Agile methodologies.
  • You are proactive and hands-on in product implementation and delivery, striving to ensure the success of our products.
  • You excel at building strong and effective relationships across all disciplines, including developers, customers, senior stakeholders, commercial teams, and partners.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly organized and demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams in executing initiatives and advancing projects while clearly communicating any roadblocks.
  • You can quickly grasp technical or complex issues and resolve them to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • You exhibit strong ownership skills, get things done, and are not confined to a rigid interpretation of a product manager's role.
