Senior Principal Product Designer Innovation

**About the Role**

As a Senior Principal Product Designer at Avast Group, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define problems and design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and best practices in user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough analysis and research to understand partner needs, their brand guidelines, and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and design solutions.
  • Create, iterate, and refine product design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
  • Develop user-centered designs that align with brand guidelines and best practices in user experience.
  • Gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
  • Maintain and update design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as interaction design, human-computer interaction, user experience design, or a related discipline.
  • 9+ years of experience in software product design, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Mural, or similar.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of design trends, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Comprehensive portfolio that effectively demonstrates your design process, highlighting your previous design work on complex end-to-end projects.
  • Fluency in English, both in written and spoken communication.
