Senior Product Manager

Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that is experiencing significant growth. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. This position involves overseeing multiple product lines while also managing your own product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guide and mentor Product Managers across two distinct product lines, establishing and maintaining the product delivery roadmap.
  2. Possibility of line management responsibilities within your designated product area.
  3. Collaborate with essential stakeholders to define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for both existing and new product lines.
  4. Work closely with the Engineering Manager and fellow Product Managers to refine your delivery roadmap.
  5. Regularly assess your products and platform, monitoring and analyzing metrics to guarantee efficient delivery.
  6. Manage requirements throughout all phases of refinement and development, ensuring timely communication with the development team.
  7. Act as the liaison between customers/users and the software development team, facilitating necessary communication.
  8. Effectively prioritize and manage your workload, providing updates as required.
  9. Serve as the subject matter expert within your product domain.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with prior line management experience. This role offers the opportunity for significant autonomy within a leading company that is influencing its industry. Candidates should have experience in an Agile environment and a solid understanding of Agile Product Development best practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Software Developers. This is a hybrid position, requiring proximity to the central office.
