Our product teams consist of motivated and diverse professionals who are empowered to tackle complex challenges in ways that resonate with our customers and fulfill our business objectives.

This position is integral to our Digital Merchandising Tooling domain, developing multi-brand ecommerce functionalities that cater to millions of customers weekly.

This role is essential in enhancing customer experiences and delivering value to the business as part of our strategic initiatives.

Collaborating across Digital Trading, Studio, and Product teams, this position will provide top-tier tools and workflows to ensure outstanding experiences for both customers and colleagues.

This role will utilize automation and AI to create a leading digital workflow that guarantees rapid deployment and freshness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic vision by developing detailed roadmaps and backlogs for products, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end customer experiences that align with core priorities.
  • Own the customer and business value for designated products, ensuring alignment with relevant technology teams.
  • Be accountable for the complete product management cycle for specific products, prioritizing activities according to established product goals and metrics.
  • Maintain a realistic 90-day roadmap and a prioritized, estimated fiscal year backlog, while regularly communicating progress and proactively managing risks and issues.
  • Lead collaboration within the core team, other product teams, and third-party partners to launch new product features, maximizing reuse across the division.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, identifying necessary third-party technologies for assessment and vendor selection.
  • Facilitate communication and resolution of live product incidents, effectively prioritizing and coordinating the resolution of production issues.
  • Work effectively with third-party providers to optimize their technology usage and influence the development of new features that support business outcomes.

Success Factors

  • Translate business and technology strategies, combined with market insights, into a product roadmap that prioritizes value delivery and future business agility.
  • Determine the appropriate communication materials to convey the experience, benefits, and long-term vision for the product to various audiences, including development teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to effective prioritization decisions to maximize value and return on investment.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with engineering teams to solve customer and business challenges.
  • Create a positive impact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring advocacy for the product at senior levels.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of existing product stacks/interfaces and how to enhance them for seamless operation.
  • Utilize data and research to share insights that focus the team on delivering significant value for customers and the business.
  • Foster a culture of learning, empowerment, experimentation, and collaboration.
  • Own key performance indicators to measure the success of the role's contributions.
  • Contribute to the Product Community of Practice.

Required Knowledge

  • Understanding of retail business dynamics and the technology landscape, maximizing product value.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and modern engineering practices.
  • Knowledge of technical product development principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in Digital tooling development, particularly PIM and/or DAM, is advantageous.
  • Confidence in working with multiple third-party providers to build relationships and optimize tooling contracts.
  • Awareness of product lifecycle management.

Decision-Making Authority

  • All decisions related to delivering the roadmap for your products.
  • Resource allocation for Product Managers within your product area.
  • Prioritization and value return across your product area with a significant capital budget.
