This initiative is designed to instill lasting positive financial habits in young users.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at GoHenry, you will oversee the development and lifecycle of our offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing enhancement of our products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an exceptional communicator, and has a profound understanding of both customer (internal and external) needs and market dynamics.

This position will concentrate on formulating and executing product strategies that align with the GoHenry vision and customer expectations. The role will assess feedback from our customers, stakeholders, and other teams to identify and refine those requirements, features, and final products. Additionally, you will work with senior management to develop product plans and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Collaborate with the broader Product team to shape the business's Product Roadmap Strategy.
  • Develop and implement the product strategy in line with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
  • In partnership with marketing, research, and data teams, conduct ongoing quantitative and qualitative research to uncover opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Define and prioritize features based on customer insights, market analysis, and overall business strategy, product vision, goals, and priorities.
  • Manage third-party integrations.

Product Development:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Guide the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish performance metrics aligned with company strategy and monitor results to track progress and assess the impact of new products and features.
  • Act as a strong advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring that improvements are centered around customer needs.
  • Regularly evaluate our capabilities and approaches against industry benchmarks.

User Experience and Design:

  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging customer experiences.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach, integrating user feedback into product design and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Focused primarily on delivering value for our customers and the organization.
  • Previous experience in Product Management, preferably within a fintech context.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and managing external stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated enthusiasm for user experience design.
  • A proven track record of guiding an idea through design, delivery, and optimization.
  • A solid understanding of processes and frameworks, with the ability to adapt or apply them as necessary.
  • A willingness to share knowledge and insights with the broader Product team.
