The e-Rostering Officer will be responsible for all aspects of the eRostering system administration across the Trust.

This will involve system set up for new areas, supporting existing users on electronic rostering, devising and running training sessions, and ensuring accuracy of employee data via the ESR Gateway.

To be responsible advisor for all HealthRoster users' queries, to identify any issues, to be responsible for solving problems where appropriate and escalating to the eRostering Manager or Head of Workforce Planning and HR Systems as appropriate.

To ensure effective communication with the HealthRoster Team and Ward Sisters/ Charge Nurses and Senior Managers for all areas.

To ensure the daily Team Work Plan is maintained and any issues escalated to the e-Rostering Manager.

To highlight to the e-Rostering Manager and Head of Workforce Planning and HR Systems any bad practice within e-Rostering.

To maintain and ensure information is inputted into HealthRoster in a timely and accurate manner (manually or via using the Gateway) to ensure high quality eRostering data
