Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to our clients, including data processing and business administration.
  • Be part of a multiskilled team delivering effective and consistent customer service.
  • Deal with a variety of administrative and data entry processes.
  • Manage complex and sensitive emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Flexible hybrid working including a minimum of 2 days in the office.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
  • Report to Senior Team Leader or Team Manager.
  • Ensure statutory requirements and time scales are met.
  • Understand personal responsibility regarding confidentiality, data protection, and information governance.
  • Updating and maintenance of data.
  • Processing referrals and applications.
  • Action correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support the management of client relationships and expectations.
  • Contribute to continual service review and development.
  • Ensure attendance and constructive participation in supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
  • Complete mandatory e-learning and training.
Essential Experience Required
  • Excellent digital communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and complex inquiries.
  • Ability to be flexible and reactive to work pattern demands.
  • Experience and confidence in using CRM platforms and Google Mail.
  • Experience and knowledge in adult social care admin setting is desirable.
