Position Overview:

This role serves as a temporary solution to fill a current vacancy during a significant transformation phase within the service.

Essential administrative support is required to manage adult safeguarding notifications and adult social care inquiries received via electronic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in business administration and data management pertaining to adult social care requests.

- Collaborate within a diverse team to provide effective and consistent customer service through various channels.

- Handle a range of administrative tasks and data entry activities.

- Professionally manage complex and sensitive communications in a timely manner.

- Participate in a flexible hybrid working model, including a minimum of two days in the office after initial training.

Core Duties:

- Report directly to the Senior Team Leader or Team Manager.

- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and timelines.

- Maintain awareness of confidentiality, data protection, and information governance responsibilities.

- Update and maintain essential data records.

- Process referrals and applications efficiently.

- Manage correspondence through emails and phone communications.

- Support the management of client relationships and expectations.

- Contribute to ongoing service evaluation and enhancement.

- Attend and actively participate in supervision sessions, appraisals, and team meetings in accordance with organizational standards.

- Complete mandatory training and e-learning modules.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong digital communication skills.

- Extensive experience in a customer service environment.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex inquiries.

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work patterns.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and email platforms.

- Familiarity with administrative functions in adult social care settings is preferred.
