Customer Service Administrator

Dimensions Specialist Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide information on products and services offered to existing customers.
- Take calls from customers and deal with all levels of enquiries in a clear and concise manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Undertake general day-to-day administration duties, including all aspects of Mortgage Accounts procedures.
- Prepare and issue standard or dictated letter responses to savings customers.
- Proven communication and organisational skills.
- Experience gained within a customer service environment, dealing with customer enquiries.
- Organised, articulate, and willing to learn.
