Key Responsibilities- Prioritize patient referrals and manage the inputting of data into our RIO (Community Patient Electronic System) database and manual databases as required.
- Work closely with the Service Clinical Lead and Clinical Team Leader to oversee the administration of the clinical workload and supervise junior administrative staff.
- Assist the Cardiac Service Lead in shaping the future delivery of cardiac services across Birmingham Community Healthcare (BCHC) NHS Foundation Trust by developing administrative processes.
