Genus Plc is recruiting a HR Services Co-Ordinator to join our HR Shared Services team in building and supporting our employees experience throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia.


The opportunity is a hybrid position compromised of 60% of your working time in the office and 40% remote working.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • A Single point of contact for employee queries and questions across EMEA
  • Manage contracts and onboarding for new hires across EMEA
  • Assessing background and eligibility to work checks and raising discussion points with HRBP's
  • Coordinate and Process employee data records including new starters, changes, and leavers across EMEA.
  • Manage contract variations
  • Manage all required correspondence in relation to employee life cycle changes
  • Process data integrity changes to all peoplerelated systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and iCIMS
  • Manage leaver process and correspondence
  • Identify and capture improvements to employee and manager experience
  • Lead and support HR projects
  • Collating payroll data and transferring this across to the payroll team for processing
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations with regards to service delivery
  • Supporting the performance and reward cycles

Requirements:

  • Customer service focused
  • Experience building relationships at different levels throughout an organisation.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with attention to detail and high accuracy of working
  • Proven ability of coordinating, organising, and executing multiple tasks to a deadline
  • Preferable Italian speaking

Job Title:

Human Resources Coordinator | Location: Nantwich CW5 7JW or Basingstoke RG21 4DZ | Contract type: Permanent | Hours: Full time, 37 hours, 3 days in the office| Salary: £30,000| Benefits: Company Pension, Share Purchase Programme, Discount scheme.
